I was introduced to Chris Sequenzia over a year ago when I was training for Ironman Wisconsin. Without my weekly massage from Chris I would not have made it through the training or the race uninjured. I participate in triathlon, road races and teach fitness classes all of which take a toll on body!! I do a lot of long distance racing including marathons as well as half and full Ironman races. I am a big believer in massage! I truly believe it is the only way I can still workout everyday and keep up with all of the racing that I like to do. I have never found a massage therapist who knows how to keep me on the road like Chris Sequenzia does!! He has such a great knowledge of the muscles and how they work. And since he is also a marathon runner he understands how important it is to his clients to keep training.
